I've searched online and tried the fixes such as new cable, reinstall software, replace with new SP Datens from Bimmergeeks. I am trying to code using NCS Expert but it won't read my car and says VIN is faulty. Finally I got INPA working and I can now read my VIN etc from INPA.
I've been trying to set up BMW tools for days now I've tried on virtual win 7 and XP on my Mac and found it worked best on my win 10 laptop.
